Ms. Elaine Foster
The purpose of this portfolio is to present evidence that I, Elaine Foster, am prepared to advance to doctoral candidacy for a Doctoral Degree of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Education, with an emphasis in Character and Moral Development in Sport, within the College of Education, Health and Human Sciences at the University of Idaho. My advancement to candidacy is supported by my (a) Ph.D. coursework, (b) scholarship, (c) teaching experience, (d) service, (e) professional experience, and (f) professional citizenship.

Because of my Ph.D. coursework, teaching, research, and service engagements, professional experiences, and professional citizenship I believe I am prepared to advance to candidacy and begin work on the last phase of my doctoral work; the dissertation.
